Respondents who went to the site and said that they thought it was "not working too well" or "not well at all" stand at a rate of 46% while 29% of respondents said that it was working "fairly well" or "very well," and 25% of respondents said that they "don't know" how the site is working. The data are taken from a survey of a random sample of adult Americans on October 9 through 13, 2013 via landline or cell phone interviews.
