Data recently released by the Economist shows that the teenage pregnancy rate is on the decline, from almost 12% at the high of the 90’s, to 7%. While the pregnancy rate has declined for White, African American, and Hispanic teenage girls 15-19 years old, black and Hispanic teenagers are still more likely to get pregnant.
